LEADERS OF THE FUTURE PROGRAM
The fields of education, child development, and non-profits are in need of new professionals to fill open positions in organizations now and the expected increase in demand in the near future. Supporting upcoming professionals in these three fields is a valuable investment for educational institutions and community based organizations. In fall 2022, we kicked off our Leaders of the Future program to prioritize our hiring practices around individuals looking to pursue careers in these three fields and support them in the pursuit. After a year of service, employees in good standing are eligible to apply to this program and receive up to $2,500 for federally approved education expenses

Our Approach
Every child deserves a place where they feel secure, respected, and free to be themselves. Children need the freedom to play and the freedom of choice to develop important life skills. We grow stronger together. Our programs bring children and families into connection with each other and with the neighborhoods we serve.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
We believe in inclusive, diverse environments. Financial assistance is available to families earning low-income.
